Healthy Raw Brownies

5 ingredient raw brownies - chewy, mouthwatering, nutritious and delicious! Great for dessert or afternoon tea.
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 1.5 cups walnuts
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup of dates
  1. Set aside ½ cup walnuts.
  2. Blend together in a food processor remaining walnuts and almonds until they make a meal consistency.
  3. Place the cocao powder and salt into the blender and blend until mixed through.
  4. Add the dates one by one and blend until mixed through.
  5. Empty mixture into a bowl and mix through ½ cup of walnuts with your hands.
  6. Press into a lined bread tin.
  7. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Keep in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
